A WORD FOR TODAY

We are the delight of the Lord as the first reading today tells us and He can go to any length to save us. This is shown by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ into the world and He came with love and the simple mission to save us.

Jesus came and He became like us in all things but sin. He gave His life on the cross for our sake and shed His blood for our redemption. He gave us everything simply because of the love He has for us and this we should never forget.

There is need for us to let Jesus be involved in all that concerns us because He will make all things well and we will have abundance as He turned the ordinary water into wine.

When we are in Christ we will become a new creation and His glory will be made manifest in us. He will use us to touch lives and He will always be there to take care of us. He makes all things new, restores our lost glory and adds a new flavour and meaning to our lives.

The Mother of Jesus was there at the wedding at Cana in Galilee. She played the role of a good Mother and she is still doing that in the lives of those who call her Mother.

Just give Jesus the chance in your life and He will transform you into a vessel of honor where His gifts will be made manifest for the good of the world.
