A WORD FOR TODAY*

MAKE USE OF YOUR TIME WELL

"For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under Heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;(Ecclesiastes 3:1-2)

Time and timing are very important in life and anyone who wants to truly achieve anything meaningful in his or her existence must value time and also strive to do things with certain level of precision so as to get the desired result.

_In the first reading of today, the author to the book of Ecclesiastes reminds us that there is time for everything on the face of the earth. This simply means that if we respect time and do things when we are supposed to do it we will definitely reap the benefits and fruits that comes with it._

Time plays a big role in everything we do and it is said that time waits for no one. If you do not make use of your time when you have it, it will pass you by and you may never have it again.

Achieving success, fulfilling a dream and delivering with promptness on the job you do will require some level of resilience, doggedness and discipline to do the right thing at the right time so as to come out with victory. If you do not respect time and timing, it will embarrass you and also humble you when it comes.

There is a time to plant and a time to pluck up what is planted, however, if you fail to plant when it is time to plant, you will definitely not have anything to pluck up when it is time for harvest. Therefore, use your time well to do the needed, necessary, and required things at the time you should do them and you will be happy with the result and outcome of your sacrifices.

Jesus judiciously made use of His time well here on earth. He never allowed anything to make Him procrastinate. He stayed focused on His mission to Calvary and He imparted unto His disciples the same mind set. Learn from Him, make use of your time well to proclaim His name and to do your work well and you will find eternal salvation.

Good morning dearest one. Smile😊as you do your work and do have a wonderful day. May Jesus help you to make use of your time for His own glory and for the good of humanity. Amen. And may the Almighty God bless you: the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
