*A WORD FOR TODAY*

*LET GOD BE THE JUDGE*

_"Therefore you have no excuse, O man, whoever you are, when you judge another; for in passing judgment upon him you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, are doing the very same things."(Romans 2:1)_

_*We live in a world where we are constantly judging people based on our own perception about them. Sometimes, these judgements are wrong because it is never close to the true reality of who they are.*_

_We are always quick to judge and condemn others when they are caught in an evil act, meanwhile we are also guilty of the same act, just that we have not been caught._

_*Do not judge, does not mean that you condone evil, no, you must speak out when things go wrong, but you must correct in love, knowing that it is simply by God's grace that we have not fallen into the same situation.*_

_God is the supreme judge who sees the inmost heart of everyone. He will pay each person according to what he or she has done, good or evil. Therefore, our aim will be to always do good and help the weak to become strong instead of condemning them._

_*If we do good we will definitely be rewarded with eternal life in the end, but if we choose evil over good we will also be repaid according to what we have done.*_

_In the gospel reading of today, Jesus condemns the attitude of hypocrisy of the Pharisees. They do a lot of things to show off, but their hearts are far away from God, because they do not show much love. We must let the love of God take root in us and in that way we shall be ready to help those who are not doing well to begin to do well, rather than judge and condemn them. Judgement indeed belongs to God and we must let Him be the one to pass it at the appropriate time. Love more like Jesus and you will win more souls for him._

_*Good morning dearest one. Smile😊as you do your work and do have a wonderful day. May God's love for you move you to change your ways from evil to good. Amen. And may the Almighty God bless you: the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.*_

*Meditation:* Romans 2:1-11/Psalm 62:2-3,6-7,9/Luke 11:42-46

*Watch-Word:* O Lord, you repay each man according to his deeds.

_*Do not judge and you will not be judged. Use your time to do good and help the weak to become strong.*_
