*A WORD FOR TODAY*

*GOD'S HELP WILL COME FOR YOU*

_"And he said to them, Why are you afraid, O men of little faith? Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm."(Matthew 8:26)_

_*When we face difficult situations in life, we are bound to get worried and sometimes panic sets us. What we do at such moments matters a lot, because it will either make us to win or lose, rise or fall, be happy or sad.*_

_*Through the Intercession of Abraham, Lot and his family was sparred from the destruction that came upon Sodom and Gomorrah. The angels sent them out of the city before it was razed down. Lot chose to live in that city out of greed, but he never what was coming.*_

_God's help came for him and his family through Abraham Intercession. He was saved. He was delivered. He was reluctant to leave, but he was forced to leave in order to be saved._

_*In the gospel reading we see how the disciples out of fear woke Jesus up frim sleep, they pleaded with Him to save them from the storm of the sea. He was not happy with them for their Iittle faith, but His help came for them anyways.*_

_We must learn to call upon the lord in our times of need and trouble. He alone can help us and save us. He is capable of showing up for us in those difficult moments. He will calm the storm and give us peace._

_*Do not give up, cry out to God with faith, call upon Him in your prayers. No matter what is making you go down, sickness, sin, financial difficulties, depression, spiritual attacks, hopelessness and so on, call upon the lord, He will help you and he will save you.*_

_Good morning dearest one. Smile😊as you do your work and do have a great day. May the Lord come to your aid and save you in your time of distress. Amen. *And may the Almighty God bless you: the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.*_
