*A WORD FOR TODAY*

*MAKE USE OF WHAT IS AVAILABLE AND EXCEL*

_"And when he had ceased speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch. And Simon answered, “Master, we toiled all night and took nothing! But at your word I will let down the nets.”(Luke 5:4-5)._

_*Opportunities are bound to come, but it does not come always, therefore it is always recommended that you take them when you find them so as not have regrets in the end.*_

_The gospel reading of today teaches us not just about obeying God's word as Peter did, but also about making use of what is available to propagate God's kingdom and win souls._

_*Jesus saw empty boats and He simply made use of it as a platform to teach God's word. The people were ready to listen to Him, because His word are with authority and it made a deep impression in their hearts.*_

_What is available may not necessarily be what you desire or want, but you can make use of it to excel in your profession, career and vocation. Do not let opportunity to do good, touch lives and proclaim God's kingdom pass you by because you are waiting to have everything you need._

_*Jesus surprised Peter, He asked him to cast the net into the deep for a catch. Peter was reluctant, but he obeyed and he was shocked by the miracle. If you let Jesus make use of you to do good things, miracle will happen through you and for you.*_

_Do not be lazy anymore, look around, plenty opportunities abound. Start from somewhere, you may have laboured in the past and nothing to show for it, push again with faith and your breakthrough may just be around the corner._

_*Good morning dearest one. Smile😊as you do your work and do have a great day. May the Words of Jesus give you strength to push further and achieve greater things. Amen. And may the Almighty God bless you: the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.*_

*Meditation:* Colossians 1:9-14/Psalm 98:2-6/Luke 5:1-11

*Watch-Word:* Follow me, says the Lord, and I will make you fishers of men.

*God's help will come for you. Remain steadfast until He answers you.*
