A WORD FOR TODAY

FEAR NOT, HAVE FAITH, FOR JESUS WILL HELP YOU

Life is full of existential struggles. We are confronted with various challenges from time to time and it does not matter when and where these challenges meet us, but what we do will definitely play a part in what happens to us.

We must learn to seek the face of God in our times of challenge and difficulties as the disciples experienced in the sea as recorded in the gospel reading of today. We must not be afraid but put our trust in God for He will never abandon us in our times of need.

Jesus created time to pray and to be with His His Father and from where He was praying He saw that His disciples were in distress and He walked upon the sea to come to their aid. We must place our trust in God at all times and He will definitely come to our aid when we need Him.

We must let Jesus be with us in the boat of our life so that He will help us navigate the ship. He will not let the storms of life drown or destroy us, but He will calm the storm and we shall be victorious.

Do not be afraid, because you have Jesus who will take care of you and keep you safe. When the challenges of life hit you hard, do not panic and do not fear, just simply look up to Jesus and call upon Him with faith. He will come to your aid and He will give you the help you need.

Jesus loves us dearly and He can always leave everything to come to our aid because we are his friends. He is a true friend who does not abandon us when we need him. Therefore, do not hesitate to call upon Him in your times of trouble for He will help you. With love you must also try like Him to help others who are in need who will come to you for help from time to time.

Good morning dearest one. Smile😊as you do your work and do have a peaceful day. May Jesus speak on your behalf and may the storms raging around you die down. Amen. *And may the Almighty God bless you: the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Meditation: 1 John 4:11:18/Psalm 72:1-2,10-13/Mark 6:45-52

Watch-Word: God is love, and He who abides in love abides in God.

Storms can rage, the tempest can rise against us, but if Jesus is with us, there is no need to be afraid.
