*A WORD FOR TODAY*

*GOD WILL HELP YOU*

_Save me, O God, by thy name, and vindicate me by thy might. Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth.(Psalm 54:1-2)_

_*In our times of distress and trouble we must learn to turn to the Lord and call upon Him. He alone has the power to help us and save us.*_

_The response to the psalm of today says, I have God for my help. This is a powerful word that must be in our heart and on our lips always._

_*When we have God for our help we shall not be afraid, because He will surely come to our aid and grant us the deliverance we seek.*_

_The first reading of today reminds us that God has given us reconciliation through His Son and as such we must strive to make our faith stable in Him and with this we will have a good relationship with Him that will bring us His blessings and protection._

_*Our God is the owner of all things and even the laws He gave are good for man, therefore, He thinks good for us and wants the best in our lives. We must trust in Him to take care of us and help us. Remember that God's help will surely come for you, no matter the situation you are passing through, place your trust in Him for He will help you.*_
